Yes, we do offer delivery, fee is based on location and applicable discounts. We have many items that can be arranged for pickup. We do set up and teardown all of our tents.
We accept event reservations via phone and email. Please feel free to contact us by either method so we can begin to plan your next event!
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking. After a deposit is made, you will receive a receipt and rental agreement via email. Final payment can be made before or by your event date.
If for unseen circumstance prevents you from holding your event, you may reschedule or use your deposit toward another event, pending availability, within the same year as original booking.
